Sunday 24th February - Briton Ferry, Pontrhydyfen, Baglan Circular

St Davids Trip - Cadair Idris Trip 1st March - 3rd March.
For all those coming on the St David's Day weekend trip. The Trip is now officially closed. We have managed to secure 26 places and filled the entire accommodation!
The accommodation we are staying at is The Braich Goch Bunkhouse & Inn,
Everyone arriving on Friday night please note an evening meal will not be provided and there is a self catering Kitchen for individuals to prepare food. No breakfast is served please ensure that you bring items for breakfast and packed lunches for the weekend. There is a large style Alpine style bar with a log burner and real ale for all the CAMRA fans.
Please note there is a charge £4.00 for bedding/pillow cases for the weekend.

Walk 1- The Mawddach Trail
Distance: 9.5 miles/15km
Difficulty - Moderate
Time - 5 Hours

The Mawddach Trail footpath walk winds 9.5 miles (15km) along the disused railway track on the southern edge of the spectacular Mawddach estuary. Walk 2 - Cadair Idris
Distance - 6 miles (9.5km)
Difficulty - Strenuous
Time - 5 1/2 hours
Emyr leads a walk to Cadair Idris. This is a very rewarding mountain and on a clear day it is considered as the 'Armchair of Wales' with views of Snowdonia and overlooking to Ceredigion. Its shapely profile dominates the southern region of the National Park. This route ascends and descends by the well-known Minffordd Path, which involves a lot of climbing but rewards walkers with spectacular views.

Difficulty - Moderate
Time - 4 hours
Chris Price leads a lower level walk around the Dysynni and Cadair valleys, surrounded by mountains and lying near the foot of Cadair Idris. It is a relaxing walk with only a few gentle climbs passing the ruins of Castell (Castle) y Bere and the remains of Mary Jones cottage.
