We all will be meeting on Friday night between 6p.m - 8p.m. There is a good range of pub food suitable for everyone including the veggie's!
Please could everyone bring a sleeping bag and Towel. If you don't remember them don't worry there's even a contingency plan that you can hire a duvet and towel!
Breakfast is included in the price. The pub will provide packed lunches at a charge of £5 alternatively everyone can bring their own packed lunches and food and there are cool storage boxes in the bunkhouse! We will be eating in the pub on Saturday and Sunday evening.
The walks:-
Saturday 7th April - Symonds Yat
Distance: 10 miles/16 km
Time: 5 Hours

The walk takes us along the river wye passing under the watchful eye of Goodrich Castle, before climbing up to the famous viewpoint at Symonds Yat Rock. Wandering under Coldwell Rocks through to Welsh Bicknor, before returning to Kerne Bridge.
Sunday 8th April - Lybbrook - A Star of the West End
Distance: 7 miles/11km
Time : 4 hours

The walk takes us high up on the east side of the Lyd Valley along the old railway lines, before making a lonely journey through some of the quietest woodland in the forest. The return high up the west side of the valley offers rewarding views and glimpses of some of Lybbrook's listed buildings. The good news is the start point is directly from the jovial Colliers pub door! Happy Days!
