And finally a note from Lindsey.............

I am doing the Llanelli Half Marathon on the 4th of March in aid of the charity "Caer Las Cymru", which I work for, which is a charity that supports and accommodates homeless, vulnerable single people in the South Wales area. The work that we do can be seen at http://www.caerlas.org/

I need to raise at least 50 pounds and all of the money raised will go directly to the scheme I manage. I know money is tight at this time of year, but this is a chance to support a local scheme, and I would really appreciate any donations to spur me on!!! ( (and God knows I'll need all the encouragement I can get, as well as resuscitation at the end!)

Please see the attached sponsorship form and all donations can be sent directly to myself at my home address (which is on the sponsor form) or to Caer Las Cymru itself (Caer Las Cymru, The Customs House, Cambrian Place, Swansea, SA1 1RG), marked for the attention of Lindsey Woosnam

Thanks again and any queries don't hesitate to give me a ring on 07540594527

Lindz

That's it for this week!

Trudi
