Ewenny Priory - Sun 29th Aug

On Sunday Bob will be leading us on a walk in resplendent Vale of Glamorgan countryside. We'll be setting off from the car park at Dunraven Bay and then following a trail that includes some impressive limestone cliffs, gentle green hills, and Ewenny Priory - probably the best example of a Norman church anywhere in Wales. We'll also have the chance to go down to Dunraven Bay itself for a bit of coast.

Distance: 9.5 miles
Difficulty: Easy/moderate
Meeting: 0930 at County Hall or 1015 at the car park above Dunraven Bay (SS881735).
Contact: Bob on 07981963681

Programme Meeting - 8th Sept

The Programme Meeting on the 8th Sept is fast approaching. We'll be meeting at the Vivs in Sketty from 1930 - would be good to get a few people to come along with walks, events and ideas. If you can't make it to the meeting but still want to lead a walk or run an event then give Emyr or Trudi a bell and they'll be glad to hear from you.

Black Mountains Weekend - Fri 24th/Sun 26th Sept

There are still a few places left on this weekend, so if you'd like to come please call me, Doug, or send me a cheque. If you're reading this on email then the 'brochure' should be attached so you can see the details of the trip!
