Thanks to Gary for last weeks walk,a fantastic area of Gower I've never walked before and another big crowd out,no pressure on my walk then!

I lead us this week into the Beacons on a strenuous walk  taking in the whale hump of Fan Neuadd in a rarely walked area of the central Beacons, with great views of Fan Hir and Pen -y- Fan,great training for the three peaks. If anyone can do the civic center for me let me know,it will be appreciated!
