Sunday 31st July - Llyn y Fan Fawr
This really is one of the best walks in the Brecon Beacons. Dave leads us around the spectacular elevated ridges of the Carmarthen Fans, passing the mountainside lakes of Llyn y Fan Fawr and Llyn y Fan Fach en route. The literal high point of the walk is Fan Hir.
Distance: 12 miles
Difficulty: Strenuous

Friday 29th July - Eric's Leaving Meal
After 6 months in Swansea, Eric is returning home to be back with his family in France, and so will unfortunately be leaving the group this week. Join us for a meal at Eleos Restaurant on the Kingsway to wish him all the best for the future. Note the time of the meal (as advertised last week) has been brought forwards by half hour due to Eric's schedule for travelling to catch his flight.
Drinks: 19:00 at The Bar Quarter (or what was this bar?!) in Oceana, The Kingsway, Swansea.

Sunday 7th August - Go Ape Tree-Top Adventure!

A visit to the fun but challenging 'Go-Ape' centre at Margam Country Park is being planned. The course involves swinging from trees, sliding down zip-wires, and other tree-based obstacles!
